Welcome to our cookery school information page!


Courses will be held twice a month  starting this year from Novenber on Saturdays, and increased to once a week if demand continues to grow.

Each course will last about 5 -6 hours, during which time I will unlock some of the secrets on how to make a great curry. Throughout your 5 hour tuition we will make 4 -5 classic curries using the methods, skills and experience I have collected over the years. We will also show you some very simple side dishes, dips and relishes that will impress friends and family.

The course will be held in our beautiful studio conversion (see photo) which gives amazing light and allows the colour and beauty of the ingredients used to stand out and shout their importance.

To keep things simple, only six students at any one time will be present as this will allow me to give each pupil my fullest attention.

During each class you will be interactive in making your own curry to take home and enjoy and you will be taught some guide lines to assist you in future cooking adventures.

The price of your lesson will also include a light lunch, tea or coffee and refreshments. The whole experience is intended to be fun, informative and informal. We will supply all utensils, pots, knives and aprons etc. But if you have a knife you enjoy using bring it along.

The cost of the course is £85.26 inc. vat, all ingredients, lunch and refreshments. We think you will agree that this is great value for money.

Later next year we intend to have interactive videos on our web site, and as an automatic member of the CornishCurry Club, you will have free access at all times.
