Here is a list of the spices we use in the manufacture of our award winning curries.

The Magic Mix is a secret blend of powders that we have developed for the creation of our curries. The 'Magic Mix' is great for making Tikka, Balti, Korma and Jalfrezi sauces or most other classic curries. The Magic Mix is also great for making Shish Kebabs, Onion Barghies, Lemon rice, spicy crab cakes and a host of delicious products.

Our 300g sealed tub of Magic Mix powder will make you at least 25 curries when you follow my recipes all of which are free with every purchase.

What to use:

To make Korma use Magic mix & tumeric + fenugreek
To make Tikka Masala use Magic Mix + Tandoori Masala + paprika + fenugreek
To make Balti & Jalfrezi use Magic Mix + chilli flakes + fenugreek
To make Lamb Rogan Josh use Magic Mix + fenugreek
To make Madras use Magic Mix + fenugreek + chilli flakes


Its always a good idea to keep a selection of whole spices as they are a great addition to any curry or spicy dish. Always keep your powders and spices as air tight as possible and when the spice has no perfume throw them away. Remember - No smell means No taste.
